By useing Fuzzy's PC Repairs services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Fuzzy's PC Repairs offers computer repair, maintenance, software installation, diagnostics, and custom PC Builds.
All services are billed based on a combination of:

• Flat service fees as listed on our website
• Hourly service rates ($10 per service hour unless otherwise noted)
• Parts and Components required to complete the service

Quotes are provided prior to service and may vary depending on parts, labor, or unforseen complications.

Customers are responsible for the following:

• Providing accurate contact and device information
• Backing up all personal data before service
• Following care instuctions for any devices returned after service

• New Parts installed by Fuzzy's PC Repairs come with standard manufacturer warranties.
• Used parts will only have warranty coverage if a valid warranty exists and can be verified
• Fuzzy's PC Repairs is not responsible for damage or failure of used parts beyond the verified warranty.

• If parts or Parts are shipped to or From Fuzzy's PC Repairs, liability for damages or loss rests with the shipping carrier once the package is properly labeled, packaged, and insured
• Fuzzy's PC Repairs is responsible only for damages resulting from improper packaging or labeling on our end.

• Payments must be made according to the quote or service invoice.
• All major payment methods are accepted through secure, third-party processing.
• We will never request payment information via email, phone, or other insecure channels.

• Fuzzy's PC Repairs is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from services rendered, parts installed, or software configuration.
• Services are provided "as-is", and while we strive for quality, no guarantees beyond quoted work or verified warranties are implied.

Fuzzy's PC Repairs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.

Below is a readable copy of our service agreement. When a customer accepts a quote or accepts services from Fuzzy's PC Repairs, this will be provided with a description of services, which must be signed and returned to Fuzzy's PC Repairs before service will start.
